Job Description

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with an eye for detail to join our team on a temporary basis, for a period of three months.

You will be responsible for designing both physical and digital marketing materials to support our Marketing team. You will have strong design skills, attention to detail, and be comfortable with using Adobe design software.

Responsibilities

Creating designs for a range of marketing materials, such as:

• Physical (printed) pull-up banners and promotional displays
• Physical (printed) & digital brochures, flyers, branded documents, and adverts

Rebranding of documents in line with brand guidelines

Creating interactive PDF documents (training can be provided on this if needed)

Researching & obtaining quotes for promotional items & printed marketing materials

Reasonable ad hoc tasks as required (design related, marketing related, relevant to the role)

Person Specification

Design Skills:

• Strong design skills, understanding of design principles, able to take on feedback and work to brand guidelines
• Able to confidently use Adobe software for design tasks, eg InDesign
• Desirable: Understanding of best practice/ requirements for different outputs, eg CYMK vs RGB, DPI required for printed designs, resolutions & file sizes required for digital designs

Researching & Organisational Skills:

• Creative, with an eye for quality
• Able to research potential options for promotional items, and come up with creative/innovative ideas
• Organised, able to present findings in a logical way
• Able to work to deadlines
