LOCATION: Spitalfields
DURATION: 29th August - end of September
PAY: £14.42 per hour ...

HOURS: Monday - Friday; 40 hour sper week. Between 7.30am and 7.30pm

We are looking for a receptionist to work within a city centre legal firm, covering sickness. You will provide an excellent reception service to clients, colleagues and members of the public, manage and schedule room bookings and provide general administration assistance.

Main duties:

  • Provide a professional, calm, friendly, effective and efficient reception service to clients, colleagues and members of the public
  • Schedule, manage and direct room bookings for colleagues and external visitors, managing the room booking system
  • Receive and transfer incoming calls
  • Prepare and maintain the reception and waiting areas and ensure public areas are clean and tidy.

Experience:

  • Experience within a reception, front of house and administration role is essential
  • Comfortable learning new IT systems
  • Providing high levels of customer service, tact and patience.
