To effectively pick/pack and finish items to achieve production requirements, meeting customer specifications and adhering to company standards within the production team
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting machine operations and associated duties to meet production requirements, and customer and company standards and specifications.
- To work effectively to a production schedule.
- Adhere to finishing processes.
- Operate effectively on a dayshift position initially.
- Maintain best working practices, adopting best and most economic methods of production, consistent with company standards and customer requirements.
- Observe and comply with company Health and Safety Policy and be knowledgeable with regards to all Bell and Bain policies and procedures relating to the Finishing Department
. Perform any other tasks as directed by the Machines Operators, Team Leaders, and Factory Management.
Experience and Skills
- Ideally hand packing and production line experience but training will be given.
- A good communicator.
