Bywater is a well-established, independently owned training and consultancy provider in Esher, Surrey, delivering our professional services to businesses of all sizes and industries across the UK. We are ambitious and growing, and we are looking for an additional Training Administrator to work within our team.
Responsibilities:
Post-course administration plus additional ad hoc project activities as required.
- Promptly issue exam links to delegates, making provisions for extra time and other exam support when needed.
- Log exam results in our CRM and issue these results to delegates.
- Handle the appeal process between delegates and the examination body, and organise exam re-sits when required.
- Generate and send certificates to customers once the course is completed and invoices have been paid.
- Chase outstanding invoices that still require payment.
- Check venue invoices are correct before submitting to accounts for payment.
- Respond to enquiries over the telephone, email and webchat as required.
- Support the Training Team in other administrative and event management tasks as needed.
